        At the agreed time, set off on a guided walk through the historic heart of Santiago. Over the course of two fascinating hours, you’ll uncover the city’s rich heritage, beginning in the iconic Plaza de Armas. Admire the Cathedral, the Central Post Office, and the Municipality of Santiago, each a timeless symbol of the capital’s storied past.

        Continue to La Moneda Palace, the elegant seat of Chile’s government, before wandering the charming nearby streets, every cobblestone whispering tales of bygone eras.

      • Day 2 Valparaíso Exploration and Bodega Re Winery Adventure

        Leave Santiago behind as we head northwest towards the Chilean coast to reach Valparaíso, Chile’s vibrant cultural capital. Explore the city’s charm with a guided tour starting at Muelle Prat, a dock alive with colourful boats, before visiting Plaza Sotomayor, the historic gateway from the sea. Wander through the enchanting UNESCO-listed old quarter, a maze of murals, funiculars, and bohemian spirit.

        On the return journey to Santiago, stop at Bodega RE for an immersive tour through its gardens, vineyards, and cellars. Learn about the winemaking process and sample remarkable wines such as Pinotel, Chardonnoir, and Vigno, accompanied by fine bread, olive oil, and cheese.

      • Day 3 Arrival in San Pedro de Atacama and Moon Valley Exploration

        In the morning, your guide will pick you up from your hotel for a transfer to Santiago Airport, where you will board your flight to Calama Airport (CJC). Upon arrival, a driver will be waiting to take you to your hotel, ensuring a smooth and comfortable start to your San Pedro de Atacama adventure.

        Half-Day Tour (4 hours) Moon Valley & Cari Lookout. We’ll head towards the Salt Mountain Range to explore the stunning Moon Valley. Our first stop is the Great Dune, where a short walk along sandy trails leads to a breathtaking panoramic viewpoint. We’ll then continue to the Tres Marías Lookout, a natural rock formation shaped by centuries of erosion.

        On the return, enjoy a brief walk by the Amphitheatre, with its unique sedimentary folds of clay, salt, and gypsum. The final stop is the Cari Lookout, also known as the “Coyote Rock”, one of Atacama’s most iconic sites offering sweeping views of the Andes Mountains.

      • Day 4 Guatín Valley Trek – The Valley of the Cactus

        Better known as the Valley of the Cactus, Guatín lies within an ancient Atacameñan agricultural land, where the Purifica and Puritama rivers meet to form the Vilama River the very source that sustains the oasis of San Pedro.

        We’ll journey into a canyon sculpted over millennia by the gentle power of water, its towering rock walls whispering stories of time. Along the riverbanks stand the majestic Cardón cacti, some soaring more than six metres high and centuries old, silent guardians of the desert.

        As we wander through this timeless landscape, we’ll feel the refreshing mist of hidden waterfalls and marvel at the vivid contrasts of colour and texture that define this remarkable ecosystem. Guatín is a place that stirs the senses, where the desert breathes and nature reveals its quiet harmony.

        This half-day tour lasts approximately four hours.

      • Day 5 Catarpe Valley and Devil’s Gorge Trek

        We set out towards the Vilama River to begin our walk through the striking landscapes of the Salt Mountain Range. The trail ascends a scenic ravine leading to a river terrace that shelters an ancient archaeological site, where petroglyphs and a pre-Hispanic corral whisper stories of early Atacameñan life.

        Our journey continues into the Devil’s Gorge, a winding canyon of clay and gypsum, sculpted by the steady flow of water over thousands of years. As we follow its meandering path, the textures and colours of the rock seem to change with every turn, creating an almost otherworldly atmosphere.

        The trek concludes in the Catarpe Valley, where the San Pedro River flows gently through the desert a tranquil oasis where our transport awaits. We return to the hotel after approximately two hours of trekking, filled with awe and the serene spirit of the Atacama.

      • Day 6 Tatio Geysers Expedition and Natural Hot Springs Oasis

        We set off early, travelling 62 miles (100 km) across the highlands toward the majestic Andes, until we reach El Tatio Geysers, the highest geothermal field in the world, standing at an altitude of 4,300 metres (14,100 ft). After approximately 90 minutes of travel, we arrive just in time to witness the geysers at their most spectacular columns of steam and jets of boiling water rising dramatically against the crisp morning air.

        We’ll walk along a well-marked path to safely observe this extraordinary natural wonder before returning through the vast altiplano, stopping to admire the region’s striking scenery and spot native wildlife such as vicuñas and Andean birds amidst the rugged landscape.

        Important:

        • Drop-off is directly at Calama Airport, in time for your departure flight.
        • This tour is not recommended for travellers with heart conditions, hypertension, pregnant women, or children under 6, due to the high altitude (over 4,000 m).
        • Your flight must depart after 17:30 to combine it with this tour.
        • No arrival transfer in Santiago is provided, as your hotel is located within the airport. On arrival, simply enjoy a short 5-minute walk to your accommodation for check-in.

      • Day 7 Flight to Punta Arenas and Magdalena Island Exploration

        In the morning, you’ll take a short five-minute walk to check in for your flight on your own, no departure transfer is required, as your hotel in Santiago is conveniently located inside the airport. You’ll then fly to Punta Arenas, where, upon arrival at Presidente Carlos Ibáñez del Campo Airport, you’ll be warmly welcomed and transferred to your hotel in the city centre.

        After checking in, your guide will take you to Prat Pier to begin a memorable navigation through the Strait of Magellan, bound for the Los Pingüinos Natural Monument, located 35 km northeast of Punta Arenas.

        During the 90-minute journey, take in the breathtaking scenery of Chile’s far south before reaching Magdalena Island, home to thousands of Magellanic penguins and other fascinating seabirds such as gulls, cormorants, and skuas. Spend an hour exploring this extraordinary wildlife sanctuary, where nature thrives in its purest form.

        After the excursion, enjoy a scenic return to Punta Arenas, where a transfer will take you back to your hotel.

        After breakfast, depart from your hotel in Punta Arenas for the journey to Puerto Natales, a charming town nestled on the shores of the Última Esperanza Fjord, the gateway to the majestic Torres del Paine National Park.

        The drive, lasting approximately three and a half hours, offers breathtaking views of the Patagonian steppe, with sweeping landscapes of lakes, mountains, and endless horizons. Along the way, you’ll experience the vastness and tranquillity of Chile’s deep south.

        Upon arrival in Puerto Natales, you’ll be transferred to your hotel and have free time to stroll through its peaceful streets, admire the fjord, or simply soak in the town’s serene Patagonian charm.

      • Day 9 Exploring Torres del Paine National Park

        Embark on a captivating journey from our hotel in Puerto Natales, with the first stop just 24 km away at the Milodon Caves. This natural monument comprises three caves and the rocky complex known as the Silla Del Diablo (The Devil's Chair). According to ancient Patagonian tales, the devil would manifest to visitors during the darkest nights, adding a touch of mystique to the landscape.

        Continuing our route towards the majestic Torres del Paine National Park, our eyes are treated to a visual feast. We pass by Laguna Sofia, the Prat, Lago Porteño, the Mesa and Ballena hills, immersing ourselves in the incredible panoramas that unfold along the way. Our journey culminates at the shores of Lago Grey, where weather permitting, we take a leisurely walk along the lake's edge before pausing for a delightful lunch.

        Refreshed and rejuvenated, our exploration of the national park continues as we head to the Salto Grande area. Traverse the beauty of Nordenskjold Lake, marvel at the Paine waterfalls, and venture towards the enchanting Amarga Lagoon area. This day is a continuous spectacle of nature, promising an immersive experience before our return to Puerto Natales.

      • Day 10 Breathtaking Navigation to Balmaceda and Serrano

        Embark on a captivating journey as we set sail into the Señoret Channel, guiding us towards Guanaco Island a potential sighting spot for the charming Commerson's Dolphins.

        Our adventure unfolds at Estancia la Peninsula, where we explore the rocky walls housing a significant Cormorant population. Progressing to Punta de Lobos, encounter sea lions basking in their natural habitat. The voyage continues to the Cascade and cliffs, offering opportunities to spot majestic condors. Throughout the excursion, the boat will pause at each point of interest, allowing us to immerse ourselves in the scenery and marvel at the attractions.

        The expedition then takes us to Mount Balmaceda, standing proudly at an altitude of 2035m, showcasing the impressive Balmaceda Glacier. Disembarking at Puerto Toro, we embark on a one-hour hike along the shores of Tempanos Lagoon, guided by our bilingual expert through a native forest adorned with coihues, ñirres, and Chilean firetrees.

        Heading towards the Serrano Glacier, we are treated to the fascinating spectacle of vibrant vegetation against the backdrop of the imposing icy giant. The return journey includes a visit to a ranch, where a typical creole lunch awaits. After immersing ourselves in the wild and untouched landscapes, our remarkable adventure concludes in Puerto Natales.

      • Day 11 Tranquil Transfer to El Calafate and Authentic Gaucho Experience

        Embark on a private transfer from your hotel in Puerto Natales to the charming town of El Calafate, where an authentic Gaucho Experience awaits at Estancia 25 de Mayo.

        Set on 17,000 hectares of Patagonian steppe, the estancia offers a glimpse into the region’s rural heritage and the timeless spirit of its pioneers. Discover stories of the first settlers and their connection to the land as you explore the vast countryside.

        Watch skilled gauchos and their dogs demonstrate the traditional art of sheep herding, followed by a visit to the historic shearing shed for a live demonstration of hand shearing. Stroll along the Calafate Stream and visit the organic garden, where fresh produce is grown for the estancia’s kitchen.

        End the day at El Quincho, savouring a classic Patagonian barbecue featuring fire-roasted lamb, chorizo, empanadas, and salads from the garden a true celebration of Patagonia’s flavours and traditions.

      • Day 12 A Glacial Symphony in Los Glaciares National Park

        At the scheduled time, you will be picked up from your hotel and transferred to La Soledad Pier, just in time to begin today’s shared navigation experience.
        Sail across Lago Argentino, heading northwest towards Punta Avellaneda and Boca del Diablo. Continue to the Spegazzini Glacier, where you’ll disembark at Las Vacas Station in the Spegazzini Canal Bay. Here, our expert guides will lead a short trek with views of the historic settlers’ post, while identifying local flora and fauna.
        The journey continues through the Upsala Canal towards Herminita Peninsula, the limit of the navigation zone permitted by the National Park, offering a panoramic view of the impressive Upsala Glacier. Enjoy a box lunch onboard as you take in the breathtaking scenery.

        In the afternoon: Sail through the Canal de los Témpanos to visit the world-renowned Perito Moreno Glacier, one of Patagonia’s most iconic natural wonders.
        At the end of the excursion, return to La Soledad Private Port, where your transfer will be waiting to take you back to your hotel.
